After school classes will now be available by registering online! Beginning Wednesday, February 25, @ noon, you can register for classes at this link.
Registrations will be processed in real time, lotteries will no longer be applied. Please read this email for information sent home on Feb. 23rd and this flyer for classes, rules, and information. Also, registrations can still be submitted to the office using a registration form and will be processed daily. Please contact Jen Schill at email@example.com with questions.
The tournament is March 14 and 15 at Auburn Mountainview High School. For more information check out the website at thewssa.com, or contact Ms Sealey for registration forms or questions. ANY students may participate!

Schmitz Park Community we need your help! We have created a sign up genius for 2 recess monitor shifts daily. This is a way that many of you can be involved without a long term commitment. Seattle Public Schools requirements for volunteering at school have changed slightly for the 2014/2015 school year. Please make sure that you . . .
- Complete a Washington State Patrol background check (this must be conducted every year);
- Provide a copy of your drivers license to the front office ;
- Complete an online sexual harassment training and print out the certificate and provide a copy to the front office.

Please note that all volunteers must sign in at the front desk using Help Counter and print a badge. Those parents who have not completed all three steps in the volunteer process, will not show up as volunteers in this system and will be asked to register as a visitor until they can complete the process. Please let us know if you need access to a computer at school in order to complete the training. We appreciate your help and cooperation with these new requirements.
